        General Information

        Q: When and where is the conference taking place? 
        A: May 17-20, 2026 at the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center. All keynote sessions, breakouts, and networking events will take place onsite at the venue. 

        Registration & Badges

        Q: How do I register? 
        A: Visit our registration page . You’ll receive a confirmation email once registered. 

        Q: Will badges be mailed in advance? 
        A: Badges will be available for pick-up onsite at the registration desk during posted hours. 

        Q: Can an attendee substitute their registration to a colleague?  
        A: Substitutions may be requested by sending an email to the ICON Events Team at ICON@blueyonder.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrants.  

        Q: What is the cancelation policy?  
        A: All cancellations must be received in writing via email at ICON@blueyonder.com. Cancellations received before 11:59 pm ET on April 13, 2026 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided for requests received after  April 13, 2026, regardless of when the registration is received.  

        Blue Yonder reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at any time. Registrations cancelled by Blue Yonder will be fully refunded. Payment must be received in full prior to attending.  

        Q: Are guests permitted at ICON 2026? 
        A: Guest passes can be purchased for the grand celebration evening only and can purchased for $500 at registration. Guests are not permitted at any other ICON function.  

        Q: Are there group discounts available? 
        A: Yes. Direct them to the pricing section on the website.  

        Travel & Hotel

        Q: Do you offer discounted hotel rates? 
        A: Yes, we’ve secured a block of rooms at the Gaylord Pacific Hotel. Book early through our housing link for the best rate. The deadline to book a hotel room is April 15, 2026. 

        Q: What’s the closest airport? 
        A: San Diego International Airport (SAN). Ride share services are readily available. 

        Q: Can an attendee book a hotel room even if they are not registered for ICON?  
        A: No. You must be registered with an ICON 2026 Full Conference Registration Pass to take advantage of these special discounted rates.  

        Agenda & Sessions

        Q: When will the agenda be published? 
        A: A high-level agenda is available on our website. The full agenda will be available in early Spring 2026. Registered attendees will be notified when it’s live. 

        Q: Do I need to pre-register for breakout sessions? 
        A: Yes via the session catalog or the event app Sessions tend to fill up quickly so it is highly recommended to pre-register.  The session catalog will be available approximately mid-February and the event app will be available approximately mid-April.   

        Q: Will sessions be recorded? 
        A: No, sessions will not be recorded. Breakout content will be available on-demand post-event. 

        Q: Will there be a mobile app for ICON, and how do access it?  
        A: Yes, a mobile app will be made available two weeks prior to ICON 2026. You must be registered for a full conference pass to access the mobile app.  

        Onsite Experience

        Q: What’s the dress code? 
        A: The attire is business casual, and dressing in layers is recommended as it tends to be cooler in the meeting spaces. Please bring comfortable shoes for walking between sessions. 

        Q: Are meals provided? 
        A: Yes, conference registration includes breakfast, lunch, and networking receptions as outlined on the agenda.

        Q: How do I schedule a meeting with a Blue Yonder expert? 
        A: Please login to jifflenow to schedule a 1:1 meeting with a Blue Yonder expert in our customer meeting zone. To access jifflenow, please register and sign up through the attendee portal.

        Q: I’ve never attended before — what should I expect?

        A: As a first-time attendee at ICON 2026, you can expect a welcoming and engaging environment designed to help you connect, learn, and make the most of your experience. Upon arrival, you'll pick up your badge at the registration desk, which will grant you access to all sessions and networking events listed in the agenda.

         

        • We recommend reviewing the agenda in advance and using the event mobile app (available two weeks before the conference) to pre-register for breakout sessions and plan your schedule—sessions can fill quickly.
        • Don't hesitate to attend networking receptions, social events, and utilize tools like Braindate to connect with other attendees.
